Psyché Collection

by Patricia Anastassiadis

Designer Patricia Anastassiadis presents 12 pieces in Artefacto’s Psyché Collection, Edition 2022.
"One of my goals is to convey a sense of spaciousness, no matter the spatial context in which the furniture will be placed. In this collection, I come with reasoning that transcends time – a way of rethinking the construction and the consequent functionalities, ergonomics, and aesthetics of furniture from a contemporary fluidity. We don't need much to live – we just need things to be good and balanced," she concludes.
The aim is to "create and establish a looser relationship, made up of free elements, always highlighting the simplicity of the designs, valuing art, and, above all, people."

PSYCHÉ

Psyché (from the Greek psukhē, meaning breath, life, soul), aims to reclaim a moment when humanity was capable of transforming nature with balance and rationality. A time when there was a strong harmony between the beautiful and the good.
